Freedom Of Information Act Requests

The Michigan Freedom of Information act allows all persons to full and complete information regarding governmental decision-making.  The Blue Lake Township Board passed a resolution setting up this process for Blue Lake Township.  Below are links to the documents and procedures needed to formally request information.  A lot of information is already available on this web site.  The Township Clerk has been designated as the "FOIA coordinator" and will help you in your quest if you need further assistance.
