Supervisor

The Township Supervisor is the moderator of any township meeting with the right and duty to regulate the proceedings. He/She is also the chief Assessing officer and acts as secretary to the Board of Review. In Blue Lake Township the Chief Assessor is Tom Sheneman and he works under the supervision of the supervisor. The Supervisor is the agent for transacting all legal business.

The Supervisor is a voting member of the Township Board of Trustees and is a member of the election commission. The Supervisor is also the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township and is the primary spokesperson for the Township. The Supervisor serves a term of four years and is elected by the voters of the Township.
