Speed Limit Enforceable

Previously, it has been stated that the Speed Limits in Blue Lake Township were not enforceable. Supervisor Fletemier found in files from 2000 and 2002 Traffic Control Orders passed at the time, which formally and correctly established the Speed limits. Sheriff Whiteford has approved these, the current signs have been validated as being in the correct location, allowing for enforcement as of February 26, 2025.
